Time To Be Mindful
Time: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Teaching young children to be mindful and present in the moment can have lifelong benefits. This engaging session focuses on helping Cloverbuds develop mindfulness skills that empower them to better understand and regulate their emotions, manage impulses, and build greater self-awareness.
By practicing mindfulness, children can enhance their coping skills, improve emotional intelligence, and foster greater empathy for others. Learning these skills early sets the foundation for emotional well-being and resilience that will support them throughout their lives.
